NOVA ICT leads €27 Million EU project to support the applications of the Publications Office

Athens, June 4, 2025 – An international consortium of companies, coordinated by NOVA ICT, has been awarded a major technology contract by the Publications Office of the European Union.
The project involves the provision of software development services for the Information Technology (IT) systems of the Publications Office, the official provider of publishing services for all institutions, bodies, and agencies established under the treaties of the European Union.
Specifically, the consortium “NOVA ICT – Arhs Developments – KNOWLEDGE” was selected through an open international tender and will be responsible for the development, evolution, maintenance, and technical support of the Publications Office’s applications. The project is valued at €27 million and will be carried out over 52 months.
In particular, this major technology initiative will ensure the modernisation of critical applications, the quality and continuity of services and the uninterrupted operational capacity of the Publications Office.
As part of the project, NOVA ICT will lead the coordination of activities with teams of specialized engineers operating both from its premises in Greece and on-site at the Publications Office in Luxembourg.
